"Early in 2007,we changed our home security alarm system from the nation's largest monitor of homes and businesses to RTC Secure. We had been with that large national company for many years and learned that we little guys can fall through the cracks at times. Each step of the change-over to RTC Secure was handled in a polite and as promised manner. Twice since being with RTC Secure we have accidentally set off the alarm in our house and have received a prompt call checking on our security. Its comforting to be with a hometown company who watches over us while we are home or away.

"I accidently set my alarm off and I thought that this would be my chance to see how good the monitoring is. RTC Secure called promptly to see what the problem was. ADT never called when the alarm went off. Thanks!"

"RTC Secure is a necessary service at a great price. I travel from time to time and feel safe knowing my family and possessions are safe and secure while I am away. I was a customer with ADT Security for over 5 years and paid twice as much for the same service I receive from RTC. ADT was very upset that I was leaving and offered me a "lower rate" to stay. The new rate was still more expensive than that offered by RTC. I am happy I switched service providers. I just wished I had learned about RTC Secure earlier."

"I signed up immediately with RTC Secure when it first was implemented. Everyone was extremely efficient from the onset of the first phone call about the service, to the sales staff while deciding what we needed, to the installers. The installers were wonderful. They were exceptionally proficient, resourceful, and patient with us because we were moving in at the same time they were working. When we moved to our new home we thought that we might see wires everywhere because of the wood floors but that was not the case. They were in and out of there quickly. After all of the problems I had with another well known company, I can honestly say that I am happy with my RTC Secure service and I know that my family is secure with them. "
