Are you looking for a telephone service to meet all of your needs?  Whether you need a basic telephone line or a line with the most popular calling features such as Caller ID and Call Waiting, we are able to provide you with a telephone service to fit your individual needs.

If you are a customer who is looking for additional savings, we proudly offer Select Savings local calling plans which allow you to get your additional telephone features at a discounted price. Our Select Savings plan offers you the choice of two primary calling features such as Caller ID, Call Waiting and Display, or Voicemail, and 2 secondary features such as Call Return *69, Three Way Calling, or Anonymous Call Rejection. Our Total Select Savings plan offers you the choice of 20 calling features.  You can choose 6 features or you can choose all 20… it’s up to you.  This savings plan is also offered at a discounted price.

Telemarketer Call Screening

For those customers who are tired of receiving calls from telemarketers, we also offer an additional service called Smart Telemarketer Call Screening.  This service will reject calls from telemarketers before the telephone even rings, and can be added on to any phone line for an additional cost.

Inside Wire Maintenance (Basic)

This plan saves you service call charges, labor and material expenses should you experience problems with your inside telephone wiring, that could cause an interruption of your service. With Inside Wire Maintenance we will repair wiring problems caused by normal usage, provided your wiring meets Ringgold Telephone Company standards.

Inside Wire Maintenance (Advanced)

This plan saves you service call charges, labor and material expenses should you experience problems with your inside telephone, NexTV, DSL wiring, that could cause an interruption of your service. With Inside Wire Maintenance we will repair wiring problems caused by normal usage, provided your wiring meets Ringgold Telephone Company standards.

NOTE: Without Inside Wire Maintenance, the cost for a repairman to come out is a minimum of $35.00 per visit. Under certain conditions, higher rates may apply if customer requires service to be performed after normal business hours or on Holidays.

This service does not apply to customers with PBX, Key systems or other complex service and equipment.

The Inside Wire Maintenance plans do not include security system wiring.

The wire maintenance for Telephone service, Digital Subscriber Line service, NexTV service and Security systems will be covered for 30 days from the initial installation date. After the initial 30 day period, if the customer wishes to retain wire maintenance on Telephone service, Digital Subscriber Line service or NexTV service and avoid service charges for wire repair or replacement, the customer must purchase one of Ringgold Telephone Company's IWM plans which are described above. Please note, security system wiring is not included in either of these plans.

If IWM is canceled within 24 months of the plan, customer will be charged for any service calls related to wiring during that timeframe.
