Ringgold Unlimited Long Distance Residential Calling Plan Agreement

You must be subscribed to Ringgold Long Distance for your Toll Service provider to qualify for this offer. If you are not currently subscribed to Ringgold Long Distance, you may call 706-965-1234 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you or, visit our website at www.rtctel.com for more information and terms and conditions. You must receive billing for each of these services from the Company's affiliated local exchange carrier's local service.

This offer is for residential 1+ calling plans only and cannot be used with any other promotions. No call detail records will be provided for unlimited calling packages. Upon enrollment, you will be charged for this month's fee (pro-rated) and next month's fee.

If Ringgold Long Distance determines that usage is not consistent with residential voice applications, such as for Internet access services, commercial facsimile or auto-dialing, resale, telemarketing or other non-residential uses, Ringgold Long Distance may immediately suspend, restrict, bill excessive usage or cancel your service without prior notice.

Plan does not include 900 Calls, 800 services and Calling Cards. International Calling and standard International rates except to Canada will apply. Please refer to www.rtctel.com for package pricing, restrictions and terms and conditions of the plans.
