Due to the threat of Coronavirus (Covid - 19), the RTC lobby will remain closed
indefinitely. Customers can make monthly payments via the website, USPS, phone or via the
night drop, located in the drive-through.

The health and well-being of our customers is our top priority. With the impact
of Coronavirus spreading, we’re doing everything we can to protect your best interests
and ensure you have access to the resources and services you need.

If you are unable to pay your bill due to the Coronavirus, please contact our Customer
Care Department by calling 706.965.1234 to make payment arrangements.
