Internet services (the “Services”)-those who access some of our Services but do not have accounts

(“Visitors”) as well as those who pay a monthly service fee to subscribe to the Service

(“Customers”)-what we do with the information we collect, and the choices Visitors and Customers have

concerning the collection and use of such information. RTC Internet requests that you read this Privacy

Policy carefully.

This Privacy Policy applies to the RTC WI-FI Mobile Application.

How RTC RTC WI-FI Mobile Application Collects Your Information

RTC collects and processes information provided directly by you when you install the App and register

for an account to use the App. Specifically, this information includes: your name, email address, location,

user’s phone or contact book data, user’s inventory of installed apps, and user’s screen recording;

Browser information and session cookies related to your access and use of the App; Data insights RTC

attains based on correlation and analytics of your information collected in providing the App, which may

be used in aggregated and dis-aggregated formats or to obtain trend analytics, to provide the App; and

Use of the above-described collected information in aggregated and dis-aggregated formats to enhance

our current App or to provide App features.

How RTC RTC WI-FI Mobile Application Uses the Information

RTC uses the information collected as described in this Privacy Policy, including personal information, to:

provide you with the App as described in the Agreement; Implement, improve and/or enhance the App,

including to make future releases available to you; carry out RTC obligations as described or authorized

in the Agreement and this Privacy Policy; Enforce RTC rights arising from the Agreement between you

and RTC; and to Fulfill any other purpose authorized by you and reasonably required for the App.

Personal Information RTC Internet Collects and How It Is Used

RTC Internet collects information from Visitors and Customers who access the various parts of our

Services and the network of Web sites accessible through our Service. We use this information primarily

to provide a customized experience as you use our Services and, except as described herein, do not

share this information with third parties. However, we may disclose personal information collected if we

have received your permission beforehand or in circumstances of necessity, such as when we believe

that the law requires such disclosure or other special cases described below.

Registration

Customers are asked to provide certain personal information when they sign up for our Services

including name, address, telephone number, billing information (such as a credit card number), and the

type of personal computer being used to access the Services. The personal information collected from

Customers during the registration process is used to manage each Customer’s account (such as for

billing & technical support purposes). This information is not shared with third parties, unless specifically

stated otherwise or in special circumstances.

However, in instances where RTC Internet and a partner jointly promote the Services, RTC Internet may

provide the partner certain personal information, such as the name, address, and username of persons

who subscribed to the Services as a result of the joint promotion for the sole purpose of allowing us, and

the partner, to assess the results of the promotion. In this instance, the partner may not use personal

information for any other purpose.

RTC Internet may also generate non-identifying and aggregate profiles from personal information

Customers provide during registration (such as the total number, but not the names, of Customers). As

explained in more detail below, we may use this aggregated and non-identifying information to sell

advertisements that appear on the Services.

RTC Internet Partners and Sponsors

Some RTC Internet products and services are offered to Visitors and Customers in conjunction with a

non-affiliated partner. For example, we may outsource the provision of stock quotes and operation of

personalized stock portfolios (that may be accessible through your Personal Start Page) to a third-party

vendor. To provide Visitors and Customers certain products and services, the partner may need to

collect and maintain personal information. In these instances, you will be notified before any such data

is collected or transferred and may decide not to use that particular service or feature.

Not for Use by Minors

None of our services or products are intended for use by person who have not reached the age of

majority (children under the age of 18) unless the use is pursuant to proper parental consent.

Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.
